Professional Experience

We were established in 2009. We are a CPD activity provider for mediation for a number of organisations, including the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (HKMAAL), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and The Law Society of Hong Kong.

We are also members of various organisations, including the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC).

Community Service

Since our establishment, we have actively promoted a culture of mediation. Our mediators have been providing mediation training, seminars, workshops and related activities across various districts to help interested individuals understand mediation.

Mediation Solutions

Before litigation is commenced, or during litigation, notify the other party that you wish to attempt to resolve the claim or dispute through mediation. Our mediators assist both parties in handling these claims or disputes in a friendly and objective manner, proposing solutions acceptable to all parties without resorting to court proceedings.
