Professional Experience<\/h3>\n

We were established in 2009. We are a CPD activity provider for mediation for a number of organisations, including the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (HKMAAL), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and The Law Society of Hong Kong.<\/p>\n

We are also members of various organisations, including the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC).<\/p>\n

Community Service<\/h3>\n

Since our establishment, we have actively promoted a culture of mediation.\nOur mediators have been providing mediation training, seminars, workshops and related activities across various districts to help interested individuals understand mediation.<\/p>\n

Before litigation is commenced, or during litigation, notify the other party that you wish to attempt to resolve the claim or dispute through mediation.
