Carmen KM Chan is an accredited mediator and panel member with experience in court-connected, community, small claims, commercial, tenancy, water seepage, contract, pro bono, SMOCS and building management-related disputes. She provides mediation and dispute resolution support across civil, commercial, property, tenancy and community-based matters.
