Dr. HUI has earnt the accredited mediator qualification from HKMC & HKMAAL since 2008 & 2013 respectively. He has been working in the Hong Kong Education Sector for over 25 years. Louis had also acted as the Founding Board Chairman of a Family Service Centre funded by a non-government organization (NGO) for many years.

Dr. HUI has a strong academic background, he obtained his doctorial, master & bachelor degrees in different discipline, including education administration & management, business administration (business information system), counselling, language……etc. According to his academic & professional background, he gains vast experience in handling mediation cases related to construction work, business issues, personal injury, bullying, school & family dispute cases etc.
